Email

Email your high res files to uploads@weddingretouching.co.uk if over 10Mb please use an upload service such as yousendit

Scanning

If you are scanning your wedding photo please try to use the guide below. This should allow any image size listed to be reprinted to at least a 10x8 inch print.

* Above 10 inches set the scanner to 300 Dpi (dots per inch)
* 10 to 9 inches set the scanner to 300 Dpi
* 7 to 8 inches set the scanner to 400 Dpi
* 5 to 6 inches set the scanner to 500 to 600 Dpi
* 3 to 4 inches set the scanner to 1200 Dpi
* 1 to 2 inches set the scanner to 2400 Dpi

Post your photo

Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery for the highest level of insurance and tracking should it get lost in the system. Please note we will post back via Royal Mail Special Delivery and the cost of this will be added to the retouch.

Please supply a return email/postal address and include details of the work you wish carried out. We will always contact you to ensure all expectations can be met before any work commences.

Payment

Invoices. - Once the job is complete and you are happy with the proof/s we will take payment.
We will send you an invoice via email requesting payment. This email will contain a link that will take you to the PayPal web site via a secure connection. If you have not previously used PayPal, you will be sent an email from PayPal detailing how to pay.

If you bank on line you may wish to pay by bank transfer, bank details are available on request. Please allow time for payment to clear. Your order will be dispatched upon bank clearance to our account.
